We’re back with a fresh update to share what the team at Artgapi has been building behind the scenes. This Dev Blog not only gives you a transparent view into our development progress, but also helps centralize every improvement we’re bringing to artists, creators, and collectors on the app and web platform.

New Features on Artgapi (Web & App)

🎯 QR Code Scanning now rewards Artgapoints

Scanning another artist’s portfolio QR code now can earns you Artgapoints. It’s a small action that supports community discovery and gets rewarded instantly.

🛍️ Artgapoints Store Preview

We’ve integrated the first version of our gamified store, where users will soon be able to exchange Artgapoints for real rewards. For now, it’s visible and in test mode — stay tuned!

🎨 Artist Portfolio Editor (Mobile & Web)

You can now reorganize your works directly from your profile — drag & drop to curate the perfect order in your gallery.

→ Available on both iOS, Android and Web.

📌 Pinned Posts (Profile > Posts)

Want to highlight one of your key works or announcements? You can now pin/unpin posts to the top of your profile.

Performance & UX Improvements

• Faster loading times on home feed and portfolio pages

• Improved image compression for quicker artwork previews

• Search bar now supports non-English hashtags and special characters

• “Post Artwork” flow simplified: 1 fewer step to publish a piece

• Tablet (iPad) layout improved for better browsing experience

• Fixed: Upload issue on some Android devices

• Fixed: Notification badge not disappearing after reading messages

• Fixed: Stripe connection errors on some European accounts

• Fixed: “Back” button loop from artist profiles
